How long do I have access?

As long as you're a member. Monthly members have access while their subscription is active. Annual members have a full year. You can always re-join if life gets in the way.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yep! No hoops, no awkward back and forth. If monthly isn't working for you, you can cancel whenever.

Do I need to know anything about macros or tracking before I start?

Nope. The best part is we start from scratch and walk through everything. Including how to use MyFitnessPal, so you're not expected to figure it out on your own.
